Manager – Drumcondra, Dublin

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated manager for our location at 151 Lower Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9.

You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of your location, driving operational and revenue performance. Leading by example you will inspire, develop and grow your team, managing and motivating staff to achieve the exceptional customer led service.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team to maximise all revenue opportunities
• Recruit and train employees to ensure sales, customer service standards are always met.
• Oversee the fleet to optimise revenue, utilisation and customer service.
• Track performance levels and look for continuous improvements.
• Develop ways of minimising and reducing operational costs.

We are looking for someone with experience in working in a face to face environment, coaching and developing people, excellent communication skills and who has a full driver's licence held for at least 24 months.

Car Drivers/Valetors – Dublin Airport

Job description

Preparing cars for hire. Cleaning the interior of the car to a high standard, in line with our brand guidelines and COVID car sanitisation policy.
Ensuring cars are safe for hire by checking lights, tyres, wipers, oil, windscreen washer bottle and other general maintenance checks. Driving cars to/from Terminal buildings located at Dublin Airport.

Full driver's license is essential, candidates must have a good work ethic, be available for weekends and bank holidays and also able to work early morning or late evening shifts.

No experience necessary, full training will be given.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €21,200 - €25,000 per year

Key responsibilities:

• Delivery and collection of cars from designated locations.
• Valeting and ensuring that the vehicles are rented in an excellent condition
• Check the condition of vehicles upon their return
• Able to act quickly to support logistics within the airports
