Flying into Orlando International Airport? Take the 1 minute tram ride to the Main Terminal and follow the signs from Baggage Claims to the first level Lobby Area where you will find the Avis Desk. Our rental agent will guide you towards your vehicle located in the garage across from the terminal.

Renting with Avis Preferred?, simply follow the directions as mentioned above, and instead of taking the elevator to the Lobby Area, head down to the Tunnel Level garage towards the Avis kiosk on Level 2. There you will see your preassigned car space number on The Preferred Board. Jump in your car and drive to the Exit Booth where our Avis representative will complete the check out. Just remember! The Kiosk closes at 1:00 AM so, after that time, you can collect your car at the level 1 terminal location.

For returns, simply follow the signs for Car Rental Return, where our rental agents are available 24 hours a day.
